The following information is used in the course of our Branch Meetings and other activities. A lot of the original information is extracted from books, websites and magazines all of which are credited and acknowledged. It is hoped that by presenting a range of sources of patterns and tying sequences that Members might seek these out and support the originators by purchasing and/or participating on websites.
As you explore the information please remember that the extracts are in part the work of others and if we don't support them there will be no new sources next time when you are looking. Today, this is a straight line path, if you don't spend some of your hard earned cash with the authors, suppliers and web masters then they will not be there tomorrow.
If you use this information then please acknowledge the Wessex Branch of the Fly Dressers Guild and the original sources that are attributed in the different notes. Thank You.
During our WINTER SEASON (beginning of September to the end of May) we meet at the Atherley Bowling Club. These directions will show you where this is...
This study by Whiting Farm/Hoffman may be biased but still gives a good indication of cost. Not bang up to date as prices will have changed but not something to repeat to often, imagine counting all those hackles...
